Lets rave together! Now!

🇬🇧 Hey, hi, hello, and thank you for tuning to my new set. Look forward to my new sound and my new track. I've been wandering between many techno subgenres for the last 2 years, playing and producing different stuff, but inside I was still unsure. But since the beginning of 2024 I started to get more and more clear view, the production started to go more into one direction and that eventually defined my new sound. I would like to introduce You something I want to call TECHNO 2.0. A mix of modern hard-techno with elements of Acid, Hardstyle, Hardcore and Psy-Trance. The energy and diversity is what I like most about it. I believe you will feel the same way. I've been working on the third track Ambitions for the last few months and I'm finally happy with it, so I hope you'll like it too. Enjoy the set and please let me know your opinion on the set, style and track Ambitions in the comments. Thank you! See you soon at the next rave! 🇨🇿 Čau, ahoj, zdravím tě a děkuju ti, že ladíš můj nový set. Těš se nový sound…

This is live set recording from Mauro Picotto event in BrickHouse Ostrava 3rd november 2023. My new sound, new Danny Bright. I am not saying I wont play anything else, because I think DJ needs to be flexible and play the set based on the event type, set time and the audience, but this is the sound I enjoy playing the most for last 6 months. I have used tracks from Byorn, Alignment, Nico Moreno, Trym, Amazing Blaze, Creeds, Marco Leckbert, Indira Paganotto, Carv, NYCO, Skryption, Pisapia, Lost Minds, and few others. Enjoy this special edition and please give me in return your comments and feedback on social media as well as soundcloud or apple podcasts. Lets go hard, now!

Summer daily parties calls for softer techno music, therefore I have prepared for you this time mix of groovy and pumpy techno. It is June, Summer is calling and Danny Bright is back with another episode of HYPE Techno Podcast. With this episode we are turning back to the mainstream, the drumcode style of techno. We have tracks from Pleasurekraft, Bart Skils, Weska, Charlotte de Witte, Wehbba, Julian Jeweil, Joyhauser, Boryana, Pablo Say, Luke Slater aka Planetary Assault System in Adam Beyer and Wehbba remix, Spartaque and Marko Krstic. In the Czech techno showcase chapter we have incredible track from dexterous Czech producers, Tomas Sinn and Subgate, the Episode one. Into the Piece of History I have selected old Drumcode classic one of the tracks which from my perspective defined the sound of drumcode label - Adam Beyer - Remainings from 1997. Wow so old right? But still so good! Final technical note from me. If you are listening to this set on Soundcloud or YouTube, please install instead Apple Podcasts App if you have an iPhone or Google Podcasts app if you have an Android, Windows, or Blackberry. It is easy. You just install…

Please keep listening, keep subscribing! I truly…

Danny Bright is back together with another tribute episode of Hype techno podcast. It is end of February and there was so much going on with the HYPE Techno this month. The first HYPE Techno Event after the break is published and it will take place 31.March 2023 in the BrickHouse Industrial Venue in Ostrava city. We are preparing some interesting decorations, strong sound system and dark red-lights setup. We want to create true underground atmosphere there and we hope to do well. We have invited as headliner Marika Rossa from Ukraine which is very popular here and this episode of hype techno podcast supposed to be her tribute. Therefore this episode is made only from tracks she has created and few her remixes. There are remixes from Alberto Ruiz, Ken Ishi, Gabros or Aria Des, otherwise this is only pure Marika`s production. Of course, I couldn’t miss my two typical podcast add-ons, the chapters Czech Techno Showcase and The Piece of History. This time I have pleasure to play for You unreleased bomb from…

It is January, so it is time of New Year resolutions, fresh starts, fresh energy, new goals, new ideas, and new beginnings. I am personally still working on my New Year resolution, slowly filling in all the areas I would like to improve on all aspects of my life and then I am gonna turn it into daily, weekly and monthly habits. It is not an easy exercise to be honest, but smart people say it works, so lets see. Also, I have several exciting objectives with HYPE Techno brand and You will learn about it very very soon. But now, to the music! In compare with last month and fast hypnotic raw techno, this month I made rather selection of quite melodic, but still very strong and heavy tracks. Expect sound of Teenage Mutants, AKKI, Dok and Martin, Alignment, Umek, The Yellowheads, Layton Giordani, Sara Simonit, HOF, Kai Tracid, A*S*Y*S, and Mau P in Reinier Zonneveld remix. Within Czech Techno showcase we have another friend of mine, Mr. Ian Kita and his unreleased track Spooky Lights. As piece of history I have…

This month I have a special techno present for You. I have selected ultra energetic hypnotic, raw, and peak time driving techno tracks. Some of the tracks were in my collection for some time, I played them majorly during 3AM and later sets, and I this month I have enhanced my collection, I bought more similar tracks, and build this episode for You. This will be so far the strongest and fastest episode of Hype Techno Podcast, so I hope you will like it. Please give me a comment if you like this sound. I am interested to know. You will hear tracks from Chris Liebing, Truncate, Drumcell, ANNE, Dok & Martin, Planetary Assault System aka Luke Slater, Axel Karakasis, Speedy J, Reinier Zonneveld, ALNA or Marco Bruno. Into Piece of History chapter I selected mashup of two tracks which I played very often when I started to play Techno. Mashup of Dustin Zahn - Stranger to Stability and Cirez D aka Eric Prydz and his On-Off. This was a bomb at the time, so lets see if You like it even now. Into Czech Techno Showcase…

This Month I ve selected for you balanced mix of peak time driving techno with nice melodies or baselines which were on HYPE during the year. Expect sound of UMEK, Mario Ochoa, Maddix, AKKI, Joyhauser, HI-LO, Timmo, Lilly Palmer, Weska, Popof, and Cosmic Boys. Into Czech Techno Showcase I have selected two tracks from my friend and great Czech Producer DJ Subgate. As the last track, into the Piece of History chapter, I have added my favourite 2010 producer, Jerome Isma AE together with Tomcraft and their track Trouble in the Red-light District. When hearing this name now after being on that street, I started to wonder if guys really had some troubles in the Red-light District or the name of the song is just coincidence, what do you think? Give me a comment. I will try to investigate once I meet them again. :)

It is October and I am back with another tribute episode of HYPE Techno Podcast. This time, I wanted to make a tribute to Reinier Zonneveld. I have invited Reinier to my Hype Techno Event back in 2018 in Brno, Czech Republic, I had a pleasure to have few drinks with him, do some good chatting, little party, and I have to say, that he is really amazing, smart, dexterous, and open minded guy. But honestly, since then, he has done truly unbelievable progress. Starting with a lot of great work on his label Filth on Acid where he progressed in the same time as a producer and released tracks even with big non-techno names such as Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Angerfist, Tinlicker, or Oliver Heldens in his techno alter ego HI-Lo. He also remixed tracks for Stephan Bodzin, CamelPhat, Carl Cox, Sharam and many others. We see the impact of his continuous work and actions primarily on his DJ progress. It is awesome how quickly he became strong part of the top Techno DJ crew and how often we see him on all great…

In this episode had presenting tracks from Space 92, Cosmic Boys, Broken Robot, Maxie Devine, Rebuke, Sam Paganini, Nicolas Taboada, Mha Iri, Victor Ruiz, NoNameLeft, Bart Skills, HOF, Eli Brown, ADHS and Monika Kruse. So, plenty of quality techno. Since this episode I want to introduce you to two new things. First, every next episode I will try to play one track which was influential to me during my techno career. I will call it a piece of history. For this episode, I have chosen Monika Kruse's Latin Lovers. It is a fantastic track which influenced me a lot. I still enjoy playing it after 10 years. Second, I want to start helping producers in my country. I think the Czech Republic does have great DJs and producers, but unfortunately, non of them has yet penetrated the international DJ scene too deep. However, I am sure this will change very soon because I see better and better tracks being produced here! Today I am presenting 2 tracks from my friend Broken Robot aka Golpe. So watch out. One last technical…

This month I have selected for you pretty balanced mix of peak time driving techno, cosmic techno with really out of space sounds, and of course some classic raw techno. As usual, I preferred those with nice melodies or baselines, as we love it. I have tracks from Producers such as Veerus, Spartaque, Joyhauser, Mario Ochoa, Lilly Palmer, Akkim, Somatronic, Bart Skils or Victor Ruiz. I hope you will enjoy it! If you are on Apple device you can subscribe to Hype Techno on Apple Podcasts in Podcasts aoo so you can consume it easily and get new episode automatically every month. Hello my friends, I am back with another HYPE Techno Podcast, but this time, it will be special. Very special. Because it wont be a techno. Do you remember me telling you that I was playing on Sardinia and Egypt last year? Those were summer beach clubs, and of course, my usual techno didnt fit there, so I had to be softer. I played tech house, progressive house and also tracks found on Beatport in category melodic house and techno. And actually, I started to love some tracks so much, that I ve decided to start to playing progressive house again. As some of you know, I played progressive when I started to DJ, approximately since 2008 to 2011. I loved it and I still do! Thats why I want to introduce you my new DJ alter ego, BRIGHT. BRIGHT will be melodic, BRIGHT will be slower, BRIGHT will be emotions, and primarily the house music. Danny Bright will stay Techno, pure energy, the peak time pump. This is the first set of my alter ego BRIGHT. I selected for this special set the best tracks I heard in 2021, and…

I know, its been a while since I have recorded some music for You. 4 years actually. I am so sorry. Really. During last 4 years I was pursuing some other goals, and since I was so busy with the work, I have not even realized how much I miss being DJ, playing music, recording sets and touring on the gigs. Thanks god for several small gigs I managed accidentally during my vacation last summer with locals in Sardinia and Egypt. These few opened my eyes again, and I realised how much I miss this. I would never though how easy it is to forget your own identity, to be pulled away from something you are, and something you truly love. Nevertheless, now I am back, HYPE is back, and I am so excited to share with you my fresh new set. I enjoyed playing these driving techno mega bombs so much, that I almost forgot I am recording it at home. This month i am sharing with you tracks from Alex Mine, Victor Ruiz, Skober, Filterheadz, Joyhauser, Alex Stein and several others. I quite love these tracks and I hope you will like…
